The Department for Corporate Strategy deals with issues determining VDI/VDE-IT’s current and future economic development. This includes operational and strategic controlling of the project portfolio, further development of the corporate organisation as well as offer and contract management. In addition, the department is actively involved in selected projects of a strategic nature.
