VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH is committed to responsible corporate governance. In our daily activities, we are guided by a mission statement based on integrity and transparency. VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH opposes human rights violations and environmental damage. The law imposes due diligence obligations on companies, such as conducting a risk analysis, publishing a policy statement on human rights (German only) and, where necessary, implementing preventive and remedial measures.

The implementation of the due diligence obligations for the period from January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024, is documented in this report (German only). The report on the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) (January 1, 2024-December 31, 2024) will be made available to the public free of charge for a period of at least seven years.

In addition, we have set up a whistleblower system for reportable human rights violations and environmental damage to supplement our existing compliance program.

Our whistleblower system – anytime, secure, and confidential

In order to effectively protect whistleblowers, we offer a state-of-the-art secure communication platform through which reports can be submitted. Here, information about irregularities in connection with human rights violations and environmental damage can be reported confidentially. Whistleblowers can decide for themselves whether they wish to give their name or remain anonymous. The creation of a mailbox allows them to be informed anonymously about the current status of their report and to exchange additional information if necessary. The confidential treatment of the report is guaranteed at all times.

Since August 8, 2025, reports can only be submitted via the new EQS Integrity Line whistleblower system.

However, for reports submitted before August 8, 2025, whistleblowers still have the option of communicating via the BKMS mailbox system and accessing previous correspondence at the following link: To the previous whistleblower system

For reports submitted after August 8, 2025, only the new EQS whistleblower system can be used via the following link:
