Freedom Of Scope

No two days are the same. You will usually have several plates spinning at any given time. You help to ensure that all the projects keep moving. This means you have a lot of responsibility but it also gives you a lot of freedom. You will have opportunities to add your own ideas into the mix and to add fresh momentum. Whether you go on to acquire new projects, organise a project bureau or improve internal workflows, we want to see your creativity!

Working Time Flexibility

Our working week is 38.5 hours long and we offer you 30 days of annual leave.

If you work extra hours now and then due to peaks in your project workload, you can claim the overtime back from your flexitime balance once things have settled down again. Financial compensation for overtime may also be granted. In principle, it is also possible to work part time if this is necessary due to your personal circumstances. If you need to and if your supervisor grants you permission to do so, you may also work remotely from home.

Balancing work and family is not always easy. Getting this balance right is something that is very important to us.

Some of our current employees work on a part-time basis. Please talk to us if you require flexible working hours due to childcare arrangements or if you would like to work part-time. If necessary, you may also work remotely from home.

Development

Development is most fruitful if a sturdy foundation is in place. In your induction seminar, you will be given important information about internal business processes and about our clients. You will discuss your personal and professional development with your supervisor on an annual basis. During the discussion, you will agree goals and development opportunities for the year ahead.

In addition to this, the group of senior consultants will regularly organise get-togethers that focus on different topics. These events enable staff to discuss the respective topics with colleagues from different disciplines.

We currently have offices in seven locations in Germany, which enables our local clients to speak to us in person. Our head office is located in central Berlin and is very close to universities, research institutions and government buildings. Our offices in Munich, Dresden, Stuttgart, Bonn, Hannover and Erfurt are also in very central locations and are easily accessible by public transport.
