As a service department, the Legal Department team supports employees in all legal matters arising within the company. The focus is on legal advice and support within the framework of projects. The Public Procurement Office, which is part of the Legal Department in organisational terms, advises on individual questions of public procurement law and assists public clients in all matters relating to public procurement law. In addition, the Legal Department also includes the in-house legal department, which provides legal advice and support to the management as well as the departments and specialist areas in all in-house matters.

The Procurement Office conducts procurement procedures for public clients in a legally secure manner and provides support in all matters of procurement law. In doing so, the changing legal situation is constantly monitored, analyzed and incorporated into the current procedures. Standardized and quality-assured processes ensure that the tender documents and procurement documentation comply with the statutory requirements. Adequate technical expertise from the specialist sectors and the legal expertise of the procurement office complement each other so that procurement projects are carried out professionally, efficiently and in line with requirements.
