The department Research and Development promotes the digital transformation of the company. The main focus is on key innovation projects to increase efficiency and develop new digital services. In close cooperation with all other departments new technologies are introduced as well as existing processes constantly optimised. In that department VDI/VDE-IT pools their digitalisation activities involving all employees.
