ERA-LEARN is a Horizon Europe-funded Coordination & Support Action that supports the coordination of peer-to-peer partnerships (P2Ps) in the European Research Area (ERA). As a platform for the European Commission, policymakers, and research actors, it accompanies the Strategic Coordination Process to leverage partnerships more effectively to address societal challenges. The project specifically addresses the needs of the EU Commission, member states, partnership communities, and researchers. It promotes synergies through networking, analyzes strategic issues, and develops tools, consultations, reports, and workshops for optimization.
VDI/VDE-IT has been supporting the project since 2015. VDI/VDE-IT's task is to analyze and leverage synergies between partnerships and with other funding instruments at national, European, and international level using data science methods. VDI/VDE-IT also develops and maintains the project's website and database.
