The Federal Report on Junior Academics (Bundesbericht Wissenschaftlicher Nachwuchs, BuWiN) 2017 was introduced to the public at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) during a press conference on 16 February.
The BuWiN focuses on providing junior academics with opportunities to gain qualifications and develop their careers. The report’s chapter on this main topic analyses the reconciliation of family life and academic working life.
Stefan Krabel represented the BuWiN consortium at the event. He introduced the report by giving a presentation and answered questions from the press.
